Pricing For Services
Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties PA - $250 plus Certification Costs
Philadelphia County - $195 plus Certification Costs
Other Counties in PA at request, and pricing will be sent prior
Notarization of Deed packages is based off of Stamp Count. We can travel for an additional fee

Documents and Conveyancing Fee should be submitted at the time of order confirmation.
Documents that should be submitted with order to ensure the transaction to go smoothly - Agreement of Sale, Title Company Contact Information, Seller Authorization Form, Seller Information Sheet (We can provide the extra documents to be filled out when you contact us)
